Piaya is a flat pastry mainly made with flour and molasses. It is very popular in Bacolod City, my hometown. On the other hand, a diary is something into which you write your thoughts and feelings--or just about anything. Of course, we all know that.
And here comes the name of the blog: Piaya that represents my hometown--or me, and Diary, you know.
This blog will talk about this city from its food to the culture, from time to time. It will also feature products or food I have tried or created. Basically, bits and pieces of my lifestyle. My goal is to share beautiful experience and ideas with you.
